How do I place my order?
Ordering from our website couldn't be easier!.
Simply browse our product pages, or use our search engine to find the product that you are looking for and add it to your shopping basket using the Buy it Now button. You will then have the option of either continuing shopping or visiting your shopping basket to checkout and pay.
What happens if I make a mistake?
Your shopping basket gives you options to both amend the number of items in it and delete any items that you no longer require. You will also be asked to confirm that everything is ok with your order throughout the payment process, which will allow you to correct any errors before you confirm payment.
How do I pay for my order?
You have the option of staying on our website to pay by credit or debit or leaving our site to pay for your order using your existing PayPal account. We strongly believe in making the Internet a safe place to shop, which is why we have invested in a shopping cart that is fully PCI compliant. We use one of the leading Internet payment processing systems (Sage Pay and HSBC Merchant Services) for all payments made on our website.

What happens if something is out of stock?
We try our best to make sure that our stock on the website is completely up to date, but if something is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible following receipt of your order. We will also let you know at the same time if we have any suitable alternatives.
Who will deliver my order?
We use a variety of different couriers depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that will include any tracking information that is relevant to your order.
When will I receive my order?
Over 95% of our orders are delivered the next working day following receipt of your order - the track and trace facility provided by our couriers will tell you on any particular day if your order is out for delivery
