This giant sand pit is the perfect size for playing and socialising with friends. Encouraging outdoor play and exercise, this sand box will let your children’s creativity run wild, digging, building and creating shapes in the sand – making it ideal for sand play activity!

The Plum® Giant Octagonal Wooden Sandpit is made from premium FSC® certified timber with rounded corners for added safety. Easy to assemble and is supplied with a protective cover and ground sheet. The internal ground cover prevents weeds from growing through and allows water to drain out of your sandbox. For added versatility, just add play balls and you have an instant ball pit to keep your young kids amused for hours. Twice the entertainment in one product and only uses a small footprint in the garden.

sandpit - rachael
got this today, fast delivery.
the sandpit is just slotted together and the ground shett is just placed underneath rather then being attached to the sandpit. the cover fits great but reccomed putting a big bucket underneath to stop cats jumpingon and water to run off instead of pooling in themiddle.
its really big i put in 150 kg of sand and its prob about a third full still needs at least another 50kg!
would have been better if the wooden slats were nailed together rather then just slotted togetr if you put it on uneven ground and a child sits on a seat the opposite side would pull apart and make big gaps, we just wedged sum blocks of wood underneath and its fine now. over all a brilliant sized sand pit v v easy to put together (10min) only down sides are amount of sand needed and would have been more sturdy if nailed together.
